Is there somewhere I can go to test out the furniture?
One of the reasons FASHION FOR HOME is able to bring you top quality furniture at the most affordable prices is that as an online shop we can cut out the extra costs by producing to order and delivering directly to your door. However, we recognise that sometimes our customers would like the opportunity to experience the furniture ‘in the flesh’, so to speak, before making a purchasing decision. Therefore, we have a showroom in Berlin, where our Head Office is also based.

Our business depends on all of our furniture being of the highest quality standards. All our items are hand-inspected by our on-site quality control teams to ensure that the items being delivered are of a similar quality to furniture in high-end high-street shops. We only choose manufacturers who are currently producing for major European and American furniture stores.

How can I pay for my purchases?

When am I charged for my purchase?
Your card will be charged when you make your purchase. We need to take your payment in full upon your purchase because we produce "on demand", which means that your item is manufactured especially for you after purchasing. If upon delivery your item is damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality, we will of course exchange your item or you can return it within thirty days.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
We maintain industry leading physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your personal information, prevent data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct transmission of information. We use Secure Socket Layer technology and other technologies to ensure no online orders or phone orders may be processed through an non-secure connection, including your order information and your credit card information.
How long will I have to wait for my item to arrive?
Unlike other exclusive furniture stores, we can promise you that your items will not arrive any later than 14 weeks from the date you ordered them. Most orders arrive 10 weeks after ordering. We produce each item on demand and this can take 8-14 weeks. We understand that this may seem like a long time to wait, but if you are able to manage this wait time, you can save up to 80% on exclusive furniture and home furnishings when you order furniture from FASHION FOR HOME. How do I track my order?
When your order has reached our central processing warehouse, we will send you an email with a unique tracking ID number. You can then follow the directions in the email to view the status of your order until it reaches your door. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Team (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm EST) to inquire your order status.
Why should I invite friends to join?
There are lots of benefits when you invite friends or family to shop at FASHION FOR HOME. When a friend you have invited makes his or her first purchase at FASHION FOR HOME, you will automatically receive a $15 coupon off your next purchase. You will be notified by email and the $15 will be credited to your user account automatically.
Are these really high-quality items? How can I be sure?
Our manufacturers have been carefully selected based on years of experience producing high-quality and exclusive furnishings. Our producers are already working with some of the biggest household names in the American and European furniture markets. We also have a methodical quality control system in place at the point of manufacture to ensure that our items meet the high-quality standards which we demand.

What are the working conditions in the factories like?
We take extreme care to ensure that our furniture is produced under fair working conditions. Apart from issuing strict guidelines for working conditions at the factories, we also regularly inspect our manufacturing bases to ensure that basic environmental protection standards are being met. Where can I register and how do I set up an account?
To register, click My Account in the top right hand corner of our homepage. All you have to provide is an email address and password. You will then receive an email from us containing an account activation link. Simply click the link and you will immediately be able to browse our store. In addition to having full access to our website. You can edit your details, shipping and billing information in your account at any time just by logging in.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you have a FASHION FOR HOME account, but have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ under the My Account sign when you try to sign in. Enter your email address on the account and an email will be sent to that address with a new password.
Can I change my personal information?
Of course! All you need to do is click My Account in the top right hand corner and log in. On the left side of the screen, click Account Information and you will be able to edit any of your personal information any time you like.
