When your order has reached our central processing warehouse, we will send you an email with a unique tracking ID number. How can I take advantage of a successful vote discount?

Whenever a design which you voted for is selected for our store, we will reward you with a 10% coupon off the cost of that particular item. As soon as the item is selected for our store, you will be notified immediately by email. Your discount will then automatically be applied to the item you voted for. When you go to purchase this item, you will see the discount has been included in the price. Your discount will also appear on your invoice and will automatically appear next to the item as it appears on your Watchlist.

Does my vote oblige me to make a purchase?

Not at all. By voting in our special design Voting Area, you are not in any way obliged to purchase that product, or any other for that matter. In fact, it is the opposite! We take extreme care to ensure that our furniture is produced under fair working conditions. Where can I register and how do I set up an account?

Only registered users have the opportunity to vote on designs and to take advantage of our bonus discount coupons when they have a successful vote. To register, click My Account in the top right hand corner of our homepage. All you have to provide is an email address and password. You will then receive an email from us containing an account activation link. Simply click the link and you will immediately be able to browse our store, list of designers and vote on your preferred designs, in addition to having full access to our website. You can edit your details, shipping and billing information in your account at any time just by logging in.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you have a FASHION FOR HOME account, but have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ under the My Account sign when you try to sign in. Enter your email address on the account and an email will be sent to that address with a new password.

Can I change my personal information?

Of course! All you need to do is click My Account in the top right hand corner and log in. On the left side of the screen, click Account Information and you will be able to edit any of your personal information any time you like.
