We're delighted with this sofabed. It fits perfectly into a particularly small space that very much limited our options. We felt lucky just to find something that fit and wasn't ugly. This model is not only attractive, it's also comfortable both as a sofa and as a bed. The mechanism couldn't be easier to use, and the fact the sofa has "hospital bed" functionality (the ability to raise the head when fully reclined) is icing on the cake.
Also worth mentioning that the first sofa that was delivered arrived damaged, through no fault of FashionForHome. The company could not have been more responsive or gracious in responding to the problem - even offering to lend us an interim sofa in another color while working to fulfill the original order. We were so happy with the "temporary" sofa we decided to keep it. So, five stars both for the quality of the bed and the excellence of the customer service. The white glove delivery in NYC was also top-notch: accommodating, communicative and conscientious. -
