Shipping information
Your items will be shipped by our specially selected logistics partner. It is our goal to make each shipment and delivery run as smoothly and as stress free as possible.
About Your Shipment
- Shipping status: You can follow the actual status of your order under “My Orders” in your FASHION FOR HOME account at any time. You will also receive updates by email when your shipping status changes.
- Alternative shipping address: You can change the shipping address for your order at any time.
- Shipping Times: Expect to wait between 8-14 weeks for most furniture items. This longer wait time is due to the fact that we produce ‘on-demand.’ By producing ‘on-demand’ we are able to offer these high-quality items at amazing prices. Some items may be shipped in a shorter time period than advertised, but we will inform you of any such early deliveries in advance.
- Shipping Charges: We ship only to the 48 contiguous states and this is 100% free. At FASHION FOR HOME, we want to make the price you pay to be as simple and transparent as possible. You can purchase our White Glove Service for an extra fee of $100.
Shipping Type
- Shipping to your home: Except for package deliveries, all larger items will be carried to your doorstep by our home delivery teams. For an extra fee of $100 a white glove service can be arranged.
- Shipping Appointment: Ensure you give a daytime telephone number during the order process. Our logistics partner will make a shipping appointment with you by phone some days before your shipment arrives. Saturday appointments can be arranged for a small extra charge and should be booked after you have made your purchase. Please contact Customer Service for more details.

- FREE Returns Policy: We offer a free”no-strings-attached” returns system on all items shipped safely into your home. Once the item is returned in perfect condition and in the original or similar packaging, we will refund your card for the debited amount (BOTH PRODUCT PRICE and SHIPPING: If you don’t like it you don’t pay). Simply contact our Customer Service Team if you wish to make a stress free return and they will help you set up a collection appointment for the retuned items.
